Construction of our new workshop should be finished this week...

Back in April St Albans Car and Van Hire moved to the new yard at “1a Ronsons Way”. Our new yard is three times larger than the old one, which gives us plenty of space to expand the fleet to meet the ever growing demand for quality hire vehicles in the St Albans area.

You may remember when we moved we were talking about our new workshop, it was a very exciting idea - and it's one that is now rapidly becoming a reality as construction is well underway.

The concrete foundations were laid by the end of September, work progressed rapidly in the first week of October, and we're hoping that we should have a roof and walls before the end of this week.

(With the weather forecast being as damp as it currently is we're rather looking forward to having a roof!)

This new custom built workshop in our new yard will provide us with even more flexibility to work on our fleet, and to keep all of our hire vehicles running reliably and economically for our customers. Having our own team of mechanics allows us to keep our hire cars and hire vans serviced and maintained so that you can be assured that the vehicles you hire are running perfectly.

We'll post some photos of the finished workshop when the roof is on.
